How quickly will I get my order?

Each product that we sell has a clear indication of when you can expect delivery - it's in green to the right of the picture of the product. Usually we'll despatch the same day you order.

What kind of Guarantee will I get?

At least one year on all products.

How can I pay?



We take Electron, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Delta
- just about everything except American Express.

You can also use your Paypal account.

If you want to do a direct bank transfer, please email or call us for our bank details.

Send cheques payaple to Primrose, Spaces Waterside Drive, Arlington Business Park, Theale, RG7 4SA - don't forget to give us your delivery address.

Need an VAT invoice? - no problem, just email us after you've purchased and we'll email or post it to you.

Are you a Corporate or County Council and need a Proforma Invoice or an Invoice before you purchase?
- just contact us and we'll send the paperwork. Unfortunately, we'll need to receive the money before we release the goods.

Unfortunately, we don't offer credit facilities or pay-on-delivery.

Where's my order?

If you haven't received your order, check the anticipated delivery time in the green writing to the right of the picture in the product description in the website. In the unlikely event that this time has been exceeded, please check with your neighbours in case it's been delivered there. If not, give us a call on primrose-awnings.co.uk or email info@0118 903 5210 giving us your name and postcode and we'll get straight back to you.

When are you open?

Normal office hours, plus we're quite often available in the evenings and weekends - don't hesitate to call and if we're not there leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
