"The instructions were not really adequate. Also one of the wall mounting bracket was too narrow and did not fit. An amount of filing was required before it would fit.this then required re-painting of the bracket to reduce corrosion."

"Awning arrived on time as stated by Primrose. Well packaged, instruction was simple and pretty strait forward. Awing was installed by me and friend from next door who previously purchased a smaller 2.5 Mtr awning from Primrose. The person who sold me the item was very helpful and the cost of the awning is very reasonable. I would recommend primrose to my friends. I did not have a 14mm drill bit ( I had a 8, 10,12, 13 and friend had 15). it was not Primrose's fault that I did not have the right size drill, however, it might be a good idea to change the design to allow bolts that fit a hole between say 8-10, 10-12 and 12-14, perhaps the customer can be given an option to choose prior to purchasing."
