"The wrong type of wall bolts were supplied and were of poor quality. I decided to supply and fit my choice of wall fixing (Rawlbolts) and am delighted with result. The awning is really well made of good quality components..The built in spirit level is an absolute master stroke as you can check the wall bracket alignment with ease and the extended alignment is a breeze to adjust."

"Product looks good. Bought a new 14mm drillbit as instructions said 14mm holes required. The hole was subsequently too big and I lost a bolt into the wall cavity. On examining the remaining bolts I could clearly see 12mm written on them. I had to go out and buy a new 12mm drill bit and a new bolt. Change the instructions please."

"Ordering and website very good. Delivery was excellent. the awning met perfectly with our expectations and with the right tools was straightforward to assemble D.I.Y. for somebody who was reasonably competent. It might be helpful to make clear on the website that where it is to be fitted to a single storey flat roof building, a minimum height is required between the top of the patio doors and the bottom of a projecting Facia / Gutter board. I personally overcame this problem by modifying the facia board."
