"The Half Cassette 3.5m Awning is great, replacing one we'd had from a different company for over 12 years. It was tricky to install and definitely needs 2 or 3 people (heavy) but clearer instructions would be more helpful (i.e. how far apart should the wall bolts be). On first use, the squeak from winding it in and out was awfully loud but after lots of WD40 seemed OK. May Day Bank Holiday was a good test for everything as the weather was so hot!"
