"The heater functions well but the packaging does not protect it sufficiently in transit. The first one had an extremely bent base with scratches. PRIMROSE HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT IN DEALING WITH THIS. The replacement also has a slightly damaged base but so little that I cannot deal with any more back and forth. Two of the screw holes on the stand were not correctly positioned so putting it together was tiresome. It is also slightly wobbly. The courier on the first delivery didn't bother to wait after ringing the bell. I saw the van arrive for the replacement delivery so opened the door in anticipation. If you could have heard and seen the banging and throwing around of parcels as he searched for my items, it is small wonder items are damaged."

"The product is OK for the price. The rubber base protectors keep falling out and the actual base of the stands both arrived bent. I needed them for that day so I straightened them as best I could but obviously they are not perfect. "
