"Product good, but instruction manual w.r.t. the height above the door frame and the drop is confusing and takes some unraveling !!"

"The awning is exactly as described. The only problem were the instructions that did not match partly with the "tools" provided. i.e. the instructions stated to use a 14mm drill hole whereas the bolts provided were for a 12mm drill hole, with the obvious consequences that this entails. So, before drilling the whole, please make sure to use the exact one."

"When the order was finally delivered, the box was extremely damaged. The goods were intact and not damaged. The courier deposited an amount of diesel on the drive. This was reported to the courier company by e-mail on Friday 25th May. The goods were delivered to my son-in-law, as per request, and it was he who sent the e-mail, Mr A. Poole"
