"The blind is excellent value for money and I am very pleased with it. However, I was disappointed that the design did not match the blind I bought a few months ago. This is not too serious as this one is on a different side of the house but I think you should have made it clear when you changed your designs as this could have been very important. I was also very surprised to find that the fitting instructions under Step 2: Drill holes paragraph 1 do not apply to the new design. I remember however that they did apply to the design of the blind I had previously fitted. It would be helpful if you would correct this for other customers who may be totally flawed by this paragraph! Nigel Kelsh"

"sebastien. i am having a few problems with my awning, i contacted the aftercare team but still having problems with the arms not fully retracting and the canopy being tight at the sides but slack in the middle causing it to bunch up on the return drum when retracting it best regards craig."
