"Though it is very heavy.... We have had an awning previously that was not so heavy....we did not order a motor based on previous experience but probably would have if the product description had noted it was heavy, which it did not !"

"The bolts supplied are cheap and inadequate, had to buy different bolts from screwfix, and the instructions are not current, appear to refer to an older fixing bracket."
