"I followed the instruction diligently, but the controller worked in opposite way - not a big problem. It's either the scheme for the zipper is wrongly described or the controller scheme is mixed up. It's not a big deal, but it should be corrected for other customers."

More importantly this was managed through a simple email request which received a telephone response within a matter of hours from, what I assume to be an engineer, who identified through simple language the problem and arranged an advanced replacement."
