"The item ordered (an awning arm) turned out to be a refurbished component - a condition of acceptance that was not presented in the sales description. It functioned okay: but was actually refurbished to a very poor cosmetic standard leaving heavy scuff marks and paint damages. An astonishingly poor standard."
