"Fixing bolts for wall bracket useless. Drilled 14mm into brick but bolts pulled out when tightened. Bought RAWL bolt brand from screwfix, 5 for 6 quid. Perfect!!!!
Not happy considering paid over £300 and had to go out and get own fixings.

"Appears good quality but one of the aluminium brackets had been slightly bent in the casting of it. The bolts into the wall were insufficient for the weight of it so more substantial bolts were purchased[less than £5] which did the trick. have not used awning yet due to poor weather."

"Awning appears to be well made and was easy to erect. However, the fixing bolts are not good quality. Design limited by only being able to have the winding mechanism on the left hand side. This does not suit our installation and it would be better if the winding mechanism position was changeable to either side."
"The unit was relatively easy to install. I think a few pictures would help. The level adjustment was at its limit and I had to fit a small shim to get the necessary adjustment. The adjustment bolt could be 3mm longer. When shut there is a 1cm difference in the protrusion of the closed edge, not serious but an irritation."
