"Fantastic product and we went for the full cassette because of the situation in the garden, which can be windy. The specification of this product is very high, I am certain it is the same as many more expensive models which are available from competitors. We had to put onto a pebble dashed wall but the use of a laser leveller was essential to ensure fixing brackets level. Had to buy a 14mm drill bit (but only £5 from local supplier. The brackets were not preset in factory, one was loose and the others set at a very low angle. Had to buy 10mm hex key but again only £2 from local supplier. Perhaps the drill bit and in particular the hex key could have been provided. Also the smaller hex key for tightening the cassette onto the bracket was not provided ( but have a box full of hex keys saved from other jobs) The awning extended too far causing it to under roll on the electric remote. So had to stop it rolling in wrong way round and reverse the direction of roll. Could not find where to use the plastic green adjustment key (warning it is not a hex (allen) key BUT do not throw it away it is needed for adjusting the electrics for retraction/maximum extension) Staff very helpful again on phone explaining that the end cover need to be removed to expose the adjusting points We did not use scaffolding but 3 strong 30 year old men on ladders and 2 oldies on steps with hex keys ready. The electric supply only comes with 1.5 mtrs of 4 core cable and I needed 2 meters, perhaps a longer length could be provided.. All in all though these are minor points and I am only providing these details to help other buyers. This is an excellent product, very reasonably priced and deliver very quickly, within timescales. NB The delivery driver needs help to get it off the van due to the weight. but he was very helpful carrying it with me around to the back garden."

Fixings (machine screws) on the awning and the tapped holes are very poor quality, this doesn't effect functionality but I hope is not indicative of the overall quality. Fixings supplied to fit the brackets to the wall are a very poor quality (subsequently binned). However for the price I am happy with the product."
