    Product Information

Give your awning some extra stability and support in windy conditions with this pair of support poles. In windy conditions you can rest assured that your awning will stay secure and stable.
In windy or rainy weather, additional roof support poles are are an invaluable upgrade to your awning. Giving added rigidity to stand firm against windy weather, and retaining the curved and sloped profile of the awning roof fabric, these extra poles prevent pools of water from settling on your awning's roof and leaking through the fabric.

    Features
    • Unbeatable upgrade - roof support poles are perfect for windy or rainy weather
    • Easy to install and remove from the front bar (please make sure the pole is removed before retracting/projecting the awning.)
    • Additional rigidity - helps your awning to stand firm in windy conditions
    • Prevents water from gathering on your awning roof, meaning no liquid will leak through and the fabric will not bend in the middle
    • Made from aluminium and powder coated white

    Note:
    •  These support poles are suitable for all Primrose awning models. Must remove the valance on the front bar before installing the pole kit.
    • Square and round insert plates provided (6cm x 1cm). Square plate is suitable for Budget, Standard and Half Cassette models. Round plate is suitable for Full cassette model.
Please note: these support poles are not recommend for use to keep your awning up in very stormy windy conditions. They are simply for use during light winds and rain. Furthermore, the awning will need to be set at a sufficient angle in order to allow the rain water to run off. If the awning is not taut enough or installed at an insufficient angle, rain water will accumulate on the waterproof awning fabric like a bag causing the fabric to stretch or tear. We recommend at least a 30 degree angle of incline for each awning providing the awning is sufficiently taught.
